10 WHat is EMDR? Is it effective?

Psychologists have enough jargon words to boggle the mind, it seems.  Then they pile on the acronyms.  This week, we reveal one acronym, "EMDR".  EMDR is used to help soldiers recover from PTSD caused by war, and some therapists use it almost exclusively for therapy in healing from several kinds of homosexuality.  Good idea or bad idea?  Find out.
